Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 c. unsweetened soy or 1% milk
- 3/4 c. whole wheat or white flour
- 1 T. garlic powder
- 1 T. butter
- 1/2 c. wing sauce
- 1/2 c ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (click HERE to see my vegan ranch recipe)
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Trim head of cauliflower into appetizer sized bites and set aside. In a bowl stir together milk, flour and garlic powder. Dip each piece of cauliflower into the batter and allow the extra batter to drip off (I toss it all in there, stir it around a bit then dump it out on the baking sheet). Place on greased baking sheet. Spray the tops of the florets with cooking oil. Bake for 18 minutes. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat and add wing sauce ( I like Buffalo Wild Wings Honey BBQ the best) and stir. Toss cooked cauliflower pieces with the sauce. Put them back on the baking sheet and bake for 5-7 more minutes. Remove and serve with a side of blue cheese or ranch dressing.
