Chicken Pot Pie Puffs


  • 1 10oz. pkg. frozen mixed veggies, cooked
  • 1 c. rotisserie chicken, diced
  • 1 10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers Original biscuits


Preheat oven to 375F. In a medium bowl, combine veggies, chicken and soup and mix well. Press each biscuit into 5 1/2″ rounds. Place 1 round in each of 8 greased regular-size muffin cups. Firmly press the bottom and up the side, forming 3/4″rim. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture into each. Pull edges of dough over filling toward the center. Pinch the dough gently to hold it in place. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Cool 1 minute, remove from pan and enjoy!
