Coffee Cake


  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 4 eggs (add one at a time)
  • 1 tsp. butter flavoring
  • 1 tsp. vanilla


Preheat oven to 350F. Stir ingredients in a mixing bowl in order given. Beat on medium for 8 minutes. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Combine 1/4 c. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon in a small bowl. Pour on top of batter and cut through with a knife. Bake at 350F for 42-45 minutes. Let cool in pan for 25 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
