Marshmallow Crescent Puffs


  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 16 marshmallows
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 cans (8 roll size) crescent dinner rolls
  • powdered sugar glaze
  • 1/4 c. nuts, chopped (optional)


Preheat oven to 375F. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip marshmallow in melted butter and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Wrap a crescent triangle around each completely covering marshmallow and squeeze edges of dough tightly to seal. Dip in butter and place in muffin pan. Place muffin pan on large jelly roll pan or heavy duty foil as the filling will ooze out of some all over your oven. Bake 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove and drizzle with glaze (powdered sugar and milk) and sprinkle with nuts. Makes 16.
