Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. nuts
- 1 c. oatmeal
- 1 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions
Combine sugar, brown sugar, oil, margarine, egg and vanilla. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix together and chill slightly so you can roll into small balls. Flatten them with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes. Makes 8 dozen.
