Ingredients
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- lettuce, chopped
- Mexican cheese, shredded
- tomatoes, chopped
- tortilla chips
Directions
Mix sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning (I like it smooth, so I use a hand mixer). Spread mixture into the bottom of a glass dish. Then layer salsa, lettuce, cheese and top with tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips and beer. This recipe is great to cut in half and serve in an 8″x8″ Pyrex.
